These bound minutes of meetings of the full Commission only are of the transcript variety and are well organized. Each Volume indicates a list of members present at each of the eight meetings. The first was an organiza­tional meeting. The second meeting of August 12, 1969 was for the purpose of receiving progress reports from the several committees (often called sub­committees by other commissions) into which the Commission divided itself. The meetings of October 7, 8, 9, 16 and 17, 1969 represent the compilation of the proposed draft from the committee reports. On November 10, 1969 the full Commission met for the last time and received the report of Dr. William H. Agnor of Emory University who was retained as an expert consultant to review the final draft. Besides the minutes proper, this series includes four appendices. Appendix A indicates reference materials utilized by the Commission, Appendix B lists appointments to the Commission, Appendix C lists the Commission committees (or sub-committees) and Appendix D consists of an inventory of Commission files, many of which apparently did not survive.
