This series contains a small percentage of the 1969 Commission's committee records. Included are: (1) committee preference sheets on which the members of the Commission indicated four committee assignments in order of preference, (2) tally sheets for the committee preferences, (3) calen­dars for July, August and September, 1969 showing committee work sessions, (4) committee attendance charts, (5) minutes of the meetings of the Policy and Drafting Committee only, (6) committee membership rosters with addresses and telephone numbers and rosters of committee chairmen. It is interesting to note that the Commission leadership failed to get complete cooperation from the members. Some, for example, did not indicate committee preferences as requested and attendance at the work sessions was not perfect. It is most unfortunate that out of a total of eight committees, the minutes of only one were retained. For minutes of the meetings of the full Commission, see RGSGSERIES 38/3/11.
