Arrangement Note
The records are arranged by time span from one to several years, but not chronologically and then alphabetically by county and/or city. During some time periods the city and county files are arranged in one alphabetical sequence and during others the cities are filed separately from the counties. In the latter instances, however, there are exceptions in which cities and counties are combined. These instances apparently result from the merger of city and county organizations for the sponsorship of recreation programs.
