This series contains a bound volume the first half of which contains a cost or Fi Fa docket of civil and criminal cases of the Superior Court of Walton County. This docket contains in ledger form an accounting of the (1) court term, (2) case number, (3) parties in litigation with the County or state, (4) charges made against the defendant, (5) fine, (6) Fi Fa, (7) court costs, (8) date the Fi Fa was issued and (9) date the Fi Fa was handed to the sheriff. In very rare cases was the final disposition of the Fi Fa listed. The volume is in general decay, uncleaned and in the same condition as it was taken from the courthouse.
