This series is composed of a bound volume which documents the disbursements (but not accounts receivable) of the County Treasurer for the inclusive dates listed and is similar to RGSGSERIES 170-10-87 and 170-10-88. Information presented in this volume includes the (1) date of payment, (2) name of payee (to whom paid or for which payment is made), (3) voucher number, (4) an enumeration of the amount of money disbursed for each payee for each category of expenses (i.e., Superior Court, County Court, Jail, Poor Farm and Pauper, County Property, County Officers, Outstanding Loans with Interest, Roads & Bridges, Elections and Lunacy) and (5) total disbursement per payee.
