Scope and Contents
These annual reports are not long, but they cover all the activities of the school. The School of Dentistry was established at the Medical College of Georgia in 1965. The department consists of eight sections which are: Restorative Dentistry, Periodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology. The Department uses the Eugene Talmadge Memorial Hospital as a teaching hospital for the college. The annual reports contain a list of faculty members and the research papers they have recently completed and published. It also lists the new programs the department is developing, including the continuing education and community health programs.
