This series consists of loose material which contain summaries of the various programs and activities each commission completed in the fiscal year. This material is very similar to the Comm­issions' annual reports (RGSGSERIES 66-4-7). The logbooks usually have more detailed information, and contain a great deal more infor­mation concerning the various projects throughout the counties within the commission's area. The type of information contained in this series is the following: (1) Press clippings; (2) Outlines of pro­jects either completed or in progress; (3) Speeches by directors; (4) Director's reports to Boards of Directors; (5) Minutes of monthly meetings; (6) Proposed commission budgets; (7) Proposed work pro­grams; (8) Planning programs; (9) Progress reports of projects; (10) Work accomplishments of commission's staff for fiscal year; (11) Reports of activities for fiscal year; (12) Commission's organiza­tion charts; (13) Commission's activities charts, and (14) Financial assistance contract forms
