This file series contains grant applications, third party contracts, review reports, and limited correspondence which are created as a result of the preparation of planning studies by the Office of Regional Planning, Com­munity Affairs Division. This office prepares these studies to investigate local problems, conditions, and prerequisites of economic development, ur­ban and regional planning, and governmental management. The supervision files reflect the administrative procedural steps of creating and over­seeing a planning study from the state level of government.
