Scope and Contents

This series contains correspondence, memorandums, forms, pamphlets, brochures, legal documents, property inventories, agendas for conventions, reports and budget data documenting all functions of the Administrative Division. This Division is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the department and oversees such support services as budget, accounting, systems information, personnel, training and safety. The Administrative Division, consequently, works in close cooperation with the Commissioner's Office.

Though the files are grouped by year or span of several years, the alphabetical arrangement thereunder varies from time to time and even overlaps into several chronological groupings. The boxing order also varies considerably from regular to reverse chronological order.
