This series contains numbered published annual reports of the Georgia Public Service Commission. The commission was created to regulate public transportation and utility companies. The reports often include

1) the laws of the General Assembly relating public utilities, railroads, and motor carriers; 2) administrative rules of the Commission; 3) regulations governing passengers, freight, storage, motor carriers, depots, agencies and telegraph companies; 4) orders and circulars issued by the Commission; 5) passenger and freight tariff classifications for railroads; 6) lists of motor carriers; and, 7) statistical data (including fiscal reports) on companies operating in Georgia.

Some volumes contain the reports for multiple years.
