Scope and Contents
This series includes recommendations prepared by teams appointed for the purpose of studying the organization of interdepartmental supportive services; i.e, those governmental services which cross agency lines such as insurance, personnel, and printing. The recommendations are primarily concerned with the improvement of services, and the promotion of efficiency and economy in government. The studies have no consistent format but contain data as to the findings, recommendations, and cost of the proposed implementation plans. Additional information from the studies is also available in a wide variety of forms such as memos, charts, graphs, maps, letters, etc.
