This series consists of general administrative records concerning the study of the reorganization of state government. Incoming and outgoing correspondence includes letters and memoranda to and from: (1) interested individuals (2) agency heads (3) Executive Committee members (4) the Governor (5) Tom M. Linder Jr., Project Director. Detailed reports to the Governor (with the Governor's remarks written in red) are included, as well as lists of staff and Governor Carter's presentation speech for "Reorganization."
