Rodman Porter, Staff Secretary of the Commission, and William Bowdoin, Chairman of the Commission. There are newspaper clippings from the Atlanta Constitution and Atlanta Journal, concerning accomplishments of the Commission, criticisms, opinions of citizens, and announcements of appointments of various members to the Commission.
