Scope and Contents
The study of internal services consists of reports and correspondence with state agencies in Georgia and throughout the United States. The final report, proposals from the various agencies and recommendations considered by the Committee were based on the information supplied by the various agencies. Areas dealt with include: (1) telephone communications, (2) records management and archives, (3) purchasing practices and procedures, (4) electronic data and processing, (5) printing and reproduction, (6) janitorial service, and (7) purchasing and maintenance of motor vehicles.
