These memorandums are designed for release to broadcast media throughout the State and contain public service announcements from all divisions of the Department of Human Resources. Each memo includes the reading time and telephone numbers to be utilized by those wishing further information on a particular subject. Among the subjects included are child immunization, good nutrition, dangerous pets, venereal disease, killers and cripplers, dental health, home safety, child support recovery program, volunteer services, vocational rehabilitation, environmental health, mental health and adoption. As the name implies, this series is very closely related to the other publications of the Public Information Office, Series 12 through 17, and particularly to the Airbriefs, Series 15.
