This series consists of 2 volumes containing the minutes of the meetings of Georgia presidential electors. After a roll call was taken, votes were cast for the names of both President of the United States and Vice-President. Six certificates, required by law, were transmitted by registered mail as follows: one to the President of the Senate in Washington, D.C.; two to the Secretary of State of Georgia; two to the Secretary of State of the United States; and one to the Judge of the Northern District Court of USA, the district in the electors were assembled.
