This series contains registers of fees paid by nurses to the State of Georgia at the time of their examination, acceptance through reciprocity agreements with other states or application for certification. Although there are some variations from page to page, usually indicated are the full date of payment, the name of each nurse, a consecutive number assigned at the receipt of payment and the amount of payment. Remarkably, the amount remained the same for long periods of time although there was a lesser amount for undergraduate nurses. The number sequence assigned at payment was closed out from time to time and a new one commenced, so the chronological order by date is of primary importance. There is no index.
