This series contains miscellaneous pamphlets, brochures, lists and several annual reports published periodically by the Georgia Public Service Commission. As the titles listed reveal, most deal with the Commission's chief role, the regulation of public transportation and utility companies operating in Georgia. These publications were issued to inform businessmen of laws, rules and regulations governing their businesses in the state and to complement the annual reports of the Public Service Commission (RGSGSERIES 17-1-3). There are also legal briefs that were presented in court in legal matters regarding the railroads versus the public. It cannot be assumed that this collection is complete.
