One pamphlet printed by the company, "Land of Promise and Fulfillment" contains printed photographs of Marietta. Also included are several items of correspondence documenting the substantial profits of the company despite the outbreak of World War I. Collection also contains reprints of articles by company president Moultrie M. Sessions and a request for a charter change to become the Southern Loan and Investment Company in 1915.
