Biographical / Historical
Martha Ollkiff (Mrs. Max N.) Andrews of DeKalb County, Georgia, edited these newsletters and mailed a copy each time to the Georgia Department of Archives and History until her death ca. 1984. As Executive Secretary, she was the only named author of the Voice of Liberty Association, which produced the newsletter.
