Scope and Contents

These are the budget files of the various divisions of the Commission, the Georgia Higher Education Assistance Committee and Corporation, as well as the Scholarship Commission itself. Included are: (1) estimated cost sheets; (2) proposed budgets by quarter, year and two-year period; (3) memorandums; (4) lists of personnel covered in budgets; (5) amendments to budget proposals and justifications for same. Many forms indicate changes in the figures often penciled in.

Scope and Contents This series contains correspondence, memorandums, meeting notes and supporting papers, both copies of out-going and in-coming, relating to all areas of operation, responsibility and interest of the Executive Director. Communications with other Commission officials, educational institutions, lending institutions, student, national and regional organizations for administering student aid and other state agencies are represented.
