Scope and Contents This series consists of annual reports providing an overview of Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) objectives and accomplishments in Georgia during fiscal years, 1975 - 1983. The Georgia Employment and Training Council of the Department of Labor prepared the reports for the Governor in compliance with Section 107 of the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973.
