These annual reports are divided into the sections of (1) General Information, (2) Summary of Previous Year's Activities, (3) Program Planning, (4) Construction Program, (5) Licensure Program, (6) Consultation Services and (7) Appendix.

Scope and Contents The Act of February 1, 1946 authorized the State Board of Health to promulgate rules and regulations for the protection of the health and lives of patients housed in hospitals, infirmaries, maternity and nursing homes.
