Scope and Contents This monthly publication which served as the newsletter for Departmental personnel has born three different titles during its existence. From the month of the first issue, Feb. 1952 through Oct. 1968 the title was spelled Fax. From Nov. 1968 through April 1972 the title was changed to Facts.
