Scope and Contents This series consists of bound registers containing a listing of all persons convicted of felonies or misdemeanors in the State of Georgia. These ledgers were created after Governor Jimmy Carter's Reorganization of State Government, hence the different record group from those ledgers found in RGSGSERIES 21-3-27, Georgia Board of Corrections.
