These scrapbooks contain photographs, newspaper clippings and specially typed descriptions of various activities revolving around community improvement. Two programs are represented, the Better Home Town Program and the Extended School Program. The former is further divided into various committees which include Beautification, Recreation, Education, Tourist, Business and Industry, Religious Welfare, etc. Each of these committees presents its own report accompanied by photographs, but the order in which each is presented varies.
