Scope and Contents
This series consists of probated wills. Each will includes the name of the testator, residence of the testator, the date the will was written, and any instructions regarding the estate of the decedent. Many of the wills include attestations to the will, the date the will was proved and/or the date the will was recorded. Also included with some wills are codicils, letters of administration, warrants of appraisement, and inventories.
