Information includes: (1) statistics by quarter for each year on enrollment, (2) faculty schedules, (3) library reports, (4) expenditures, (5) graduates for academic year, (6) analysis of student body, (7) number of graduates, and (8) degrees of faculty members

General correspondence consists of letters in prose asking for or giving information on statistical records. These records are in the form of reports, tables, estimates, charts, graphs and comparative studies, plus examples and schedules of the forms used by each institution.
