This series contains applications for accreditation including for each school: (1) form letters identifying examinations and citing school deficiencies, if any (2) check sheets for examiners from the Georgia Accrediting Commission (3) check sheets for examiners from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (4) Southern Association application for accreditation forms (5) daily schedules (6) list of courses offered (7) lists of teachers and classes taught with numbers of students in each (8) list of staff members with salaries (9) form listing staff members with education, salary, professional hours, qualified subjects, subjects presently teaching, experience, number of pupils and things done for professional improvement (10) list of personnel showing subjects taught semester or quarter hours in each subject taught, number of pupils taught daily, certificate code number, years of experience in system and in others and annual salary (11) summer school report including personnel involved and subjects offered (12) related correspondence.

The application for accreditation forms themselves (number 4 above) include the following subject areas: (1) name and address of school, time period covered and names of superintendent and principal (2) general information including organization and enrollment by sex (3) numbers of minutes devoted weekly to each major subject field (4) number of days of session last year and current year (5) personnel data including education of teachers and numbers of clerical help and resource people (6) personnel environment data including nature and amount of work, opportunities for study and recreation, remuneration and living conditions (7) financial support and (8) deficiencies, superiorities and improvements if applicable.
