These publications are designed to disseminate information from the Director's Office in Atlanta to the Department personnel all over Georgia and as such are closely related to the several other Department publications (Series 8-10). These memorandums differ in that the information in them is of a intradepartmental administrative nature only. Included are announcements of vacations, hints on statistical reports and other forms control matters, budget announcements and legislative lobbying pleas. Most of these memorandums are unnumbered except for twelve numbered issues released in 1950.
