This series consists of bound documents created by the Program Development Unit which has the responsibility for providing the support services of planning, evaluation and resource development for the Division of Rehabilitation Services. The documents relate to the planning and development of goals and objectives within the Division and for the evaluation of such programs. Generally included are (1 ) Semi Annual Performance Measures, including a Catalog of Measures, which details the Division of Rehabilitation Services goals and objectives and measures its performance on a semiannual basis; (2) Four Year Plans which detail Rehabilitation Services' goals and objectives and measures its performance for a four year period; (3) the Division's program proposals; (4) narratives; (5) evaluations and (6) Task Force Committee reports. More specifically, for example, the Four Year Plan's table of contents includes: (1) an introduction (2) Mission Statement (3) General Overview of Vocational Rehabilitation in Georgia (4) Client Advocacy (5) Organizational Structure and Linkage (6) Needs Assessment System (7) Planning, Budgeting and Evaluation (8) System for Updating the Plan (9) Appendices. Other documents generally include (1 ) correspondence, (2) memorandum, (3) Justification for Budget Items, (4) personnel service schedules, (5) operating expense schedules, (6) schedules for travel, (7) schedules for equipment, (8) Certificate of Plan and (9) related papers.
