The records are bound and entered into the following types of record books: Insurance Charters and Amendments. These volumes contain petitions for charters and amendments with related papers. Volumes 1 - 3 contain handwritten transcripts and are on microfilm, and volumes 4 - 9 contain typewritten transcripts and photocopies of originals. Insurance Certificates of Incorporation.
