Scope and Contents
This series consists of the subject files of the director of the Division of Program Control. Records in this series relate to the following duties of the Division director: (1) Regulation of transit system development concerning time and cost restraints, (2) Controlling procedures to facilitate project completion, (3) Monitoring program contracts, including engineering consultants, for adherance to cost schedule and performance objectives, and (4) Administering information systems to provide necessary progress reports, cost reports and performance evaluation. Items included in this series are consultant reports, management studies on construction, surveys of other rapid transit operations, memorandums between divisions, staff meeting reports, agreements, cost reports and other material necessary to perform the duties of the division director.
