Arrangement Note

These reports are arranged in three groups. The first is composed of reports on highway grants ending in December of a given year. These are arranged alphabetically, by city, but the years covered vary from one city to another. The second grouping is arranged alphabetically by city also, but is for reports on fiscal years ending on June 30. Finally come the miscellaneous fiscal year grant files, unfortunately not arranged alphabetically by city but by month on which each fiscal year terminates regardless of calendar year.

Related Materials

Although the formats vary from one city to another, the reports usually closely resemble those performed on school systems and state agencies found in series 19-2-9 and 19-2-10 respectively. They are particularly closely related to those found in series 19-2-15, County Road and Bridge Construction Audit Reports.
