This series includes records of minor civil cases brought before the court as well as discussion of county business. Also, the court administered the probate of estate records. Information found in this series includes: (1) names of litigants and verdict, (2) discussion and allocation of funding for building of roads and bridges, courthouse construction and repairs, appointment of commissioners, and (3) listing of jurors. Also included are the orders by the court for recording of estate records in the appropriate books. These records include: (1) wills, (2) annual returns, (3) inventories and appraisements, (4) guardians' bonds, (5) letters of administration, (6) administrators' bonds, (7) letters of guardianship, and (8) returns of sales of property.
