This series consists of Vocational Evaluation Report Files documenting the on‑site evaluation phase of the statewide system for vocational education. File folders for each system evaluated contain: (1) lists of team members & team leader (2) letters of invitation to serve on evaluation team (3) Team Leaders' Summary Report & Program/Standard Summary Report completed by evaluators while in the field (4) copy of final "Vocational Evaluation On‑Site Team Report" prepared by Management Support Division from field reports (5) letters thanking team leader & members for participating. Every vocational program, service or activity in the State is evaluated at least once every five years.
