This series consists of (1) correspondence of the Executive Secretary with the Department of Education officials, with Association officers and others,(2) circular letters to officers of individual chapters,(3)minutes of various administrative and advisory committees,(4)texts of speeches,(5) announcements, (6)correspondence and other papers relating to State and National Conferences and conventions,(6)financial reports, (7) miscellaneous papers concerning awards to Future Farmers of America (FFA) members and (8) similar papers. These documents relate to the administration of the Georgia Association of Future Farmers of America and the coordination of the Association's activities with the Georgia Department of Education.
