This series contains the summary-style minutes of the four standing committees of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority together with any necessary supporting papers which might enlarge upon the actions taken and the decisions rendered in the meetings. As the names imply, the Development Committee addresses itself to the enlargement of the transit system, the Finance Committee handles monetary matters, the Operations Committee addresses the daily operation of the system and the Staff Committee renders decisions on personnel matters.
