This series consists of the minutes of the meetings of the Board of Directors of BARTA. The Board establishes, or authorizes the establishment of, overall supervision, policies, rules, regulations, procedures, and provides the overall direction of the Authority. Documents included in this series are typescripts of meeting minutes, agenda, reports, exhibits, announcements, resolutions, approval, and related records.
